Remote numbers are not the correct channels

Each time I try to go on a channel I want it's not in number order ! Why ?  And how do I fix it

It could be that you have some how set up favourites. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-favourites-on-sky-q#:~:text=Accessing%20your%20Favourites&te....

 

Try removing favourites as per the instructions. If that doesn't work, try unplugging the your glass for a few minutes at the mains and plugging it back in.

 

If that doesn't work, try re-pairing your glass remote: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass
