Is this on your play list, continue watching, if so there should be a blue line all the way along the bottom of the episodes you have watched already

Although the blue line does disappear eventually - unlike most streaming services it doesn't seem to permanently remember/store episode progress.

It used to say continue watching but doesn't anymore, can't see a blue line under the episodes I have watched 🤷♀️

@Jackie2967 are you able to provide some examples of the shows where you have seen the blue progress tracking bar disappear and how you were watching the show (e.g via IPlayer or Netflix).

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.
Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.
If the reboot doesn't help try going to this page https://www.sky.com/mydetails/data-and-personalisation.
Sign into your MySky account when prompt, scroll down to "Enable Product Analytics, Personal Recommendations & Profiling" at the bottom of the page and check it is turned on (i.e. blue).
If it is ON,try toggling "Enable Product Analytics, Personal Recommendations and Profiling" to Off, and click save. Wait a few minutes then toggle it back ON and click save.
It may take a couple of days for the continue watching rail to start populating again but it should.
