No I haven't I got refused for it so get your re order straight

Your telling other customers, not Sky. You have started a new thread instead of replying to one of that was your intention...

 

In terms of being refused, sky customer service may be able to advise why this was the case.

@mikealanrI think this post was split from another thread but on its own it's a bit confusing and lacking in context.

 

This was in response to the "You've received your Glass Gen 2" thread which seems to have confused a lot of people.
