Refund on upfront payment

Hi

I placed an order on the 11th february of £20 for sky glass. I then placed a new order the next day to the gen 2 version. This was done over the phone. I paid £20 on both days for the upfront fee. I still havent recieved the first £20 back from the cancelled order. Anyone  had this issue 🙂

Refunds from Sky can take up to 45 days to hit your account.
