Refund for never ending issues on Sky Glass

How do I easiest get a refund on this useless TV and have someone from Sky come pick it up?

Within the cooling off period you just insist on your right to cancel.  After that you need to argue under consumer protection regulations that the product isn't as described / of adequate quality / fit for purpose and have Sky accept this argument.

Hi @thereaduckofdeath

You will need to speak to Sky. This is a customer helps customer community.

If you are in your first 31 days you can cancel completely. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv

If you are outside of this you will need to get Sky to agree. The best way is document your issue in a complaint:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint-t2

However if you care to post what your issue is we will do our best to assist. I have 2 Glass units and 4 pucks and they work nearly flawlessly for me and a lot less hassle than I had with Sky Q! So it is possible to have a good experience.

Thanks for giving me two of the same replies on what is clearly a rhetorical question.

@thereaduckofdeath  Ok so what are these rhetorical  issues you're having with Glass?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@thereaduckofdeath The easiest way is to ring Sky and ask for it to be done. If you're in your cooling off period they will charge a £25 collection fee. Take video and photos before collection in case of damage disputes
