Red pon

I have suddenly got a red pon light come on. And my internet and sky glass has gone down. I've switched it off and on again and still it shows red. I've contacted EE who fitted it but the 'bot' says they can't give me  a date to fix it andI have to wait for contact. Arg. Can't game or watch TV. Which Mrs is annoyed. Any way to get it fixed like yesterday?

If EE supply your broadband then you'll have to communicate with them regarding a fix.

Sky Glass and Sky Stream relies on the customer providing a suitable broadband connection for the service to function, Sky will only help if you have broadband supplied by Sky.

You could temporarily try using a WiFi hotspot from your mobile phone if you have a fast connection and unlimited data.

If you have a Sky Glass TV and have an old TV aerial connection.

Plug the aerial into the Glass TV and you will be able to watch terrestrial TV via that, until your internet is back.

Re: Red pon

Or if you have a good data plan with your mobile provider you can watch Sky Go on your mobile.

I feel your pain. My own ISP had an issue a few months back where it went down for 48 hours over a weekend.
