Reactivating my Sky account

So I've not been a customer of Sky for many years, but I like the idea of Sky Stream so I went to the website only to find my old account has been closed. I can't find a way to reactivate it, can anyone help?

@Jamie143   As you left Sky and then returned after being away for more than a year your account will have been closed as you have discovered so you will need to set up a new Sky ID.

If you want to use the same email address then you need to remove it from the old account first as this will then free it up allowing it to be used when setting your new ID up. You can do this by logging into the old account here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You'll need to create a new account if you've been away from Sky for more than 18 months. Log out, and sign up as a new customer.

Do you have any Sky Store purchases associated with your old account?

That may cause issues accessing Sky Store purchases?

@Exiled-in-HH  No, Sky store would still be accessible via the original email address which would remainthe same if the OP follows the guide.
