I have been with sky over 10 years with the money I've given them I could have bought my house. For the last few months most mornings can't watch anything I bought sky glass over a grand and I don't think it's on par with sky q today the same thing is happening since 0700

You must live in a dolls house then or you are paying Sky £1,000's per month 🙄

You you provide more information on what your issue is we might be able to help. Have you reported your issues to Sky too?

Find out more@edward+clougher You don't mention what the problem is that is causing you to not be able to watch anything but If every morning you are receiving the no network message then go into Settings > Startup and standby menu and make sure Networked Standby Mode is turned ON. This stops Glass from losing the network connection when it goes into standby. I would also turn OFF the overnight power saving option.
