Randomly switching channels etc. Not the remote!! Sky Puck

Hi. This issue has been driving me up the wall for weeks!! it randomly switches through channels (it seems to goo through the playlist, says channel has been removed from my playlist, alsp says my Sky remote needs reconnecting etc. I've taken the batterise out for the remote to rule that out and it still does it. I've got a Puck with no other Sky devices. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

@Carlshakes65 Try rebooting the puck as this will often clear software glitches.  Simply switch off your Stream puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again.  It will take about a minute to reboot.
