This is problaby an elementry question but no harm in checking.
I'm a current Sky Stream user with 3 pucks around the home. I'm potentially looking at ordering Sky Glass Gen 2 online, quick question would this add to my account as another and main device or best to phone up?
Also do I need to return the puck that will become dormant or can I keep it to one side in case I have a use for it like putting into a spare room if a cheap TV comes along or something.
Thanks

Either as your subs won;t change as your adding another device to the account, The Glass Gen 2 would only become a primary device if you asign it in your account after setting iot up.

Thanks

Re: Query ordering Sky Glass Gen 2 online
Once you receive your gen 2 probably best to make it your primary device .... you can do this in the MySky app
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M350 hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.
