I'm surprised tv shopping is still a thing these days, but if people have the time and money to sit there and buy stuff they never knew they wanted or needed well it is their choice.
I know some people living alone use shopping channels as a source of company.
Personally no interest but the more variety available on stream watchable or not can only be good for the platform. There's always someone out there watching something.

I am not a fan of shopping channels either, but plenty are. Sky need to get as many channels that are missing from Stream/Glass on to it as possible. As a sports fan, I would like to see all the Viaplay Sports channels and DAZN on Sky Stream and Glass. I am fully aware that this needs the commercial agreement of third party channels and Sky/Comcast. I wouldn't be surprised if a small selection of Adult channels will join at some point along with more shopping channels. If there is a demand they will be a supply

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI have just changed to "stream" about an hour ago. Quite impressed.
So far the only extra channels I would like are the "Great" ones as I used to watch them quite a lot.

Welcome aboard the Stream train @bob1234.. I have Glass and am perfectly happy with it to the extent I would not return to Q even if I had the option. I admit it's by no means perfect but Sky are getting there slowly. My main complaints are there is no easy way to remove items from the Continue Watching rail and the blue progress bars keep disappearing from programmes within a series so don't know which episode to watch next. Hopefully they will sort these at some point in the future 😀

Sky Stream and Sky Glass are the future of Sky television. Sky will get it right going forwards. Any new tech takes time to iron out issues and perfect

@Anonymous I couldn't agree more, I have always said that streaming is the future of TV watching.

This all just proves Sky can't win:
*Internet*: Sky Glass is terrible, I've lost all my shopping channels, I used to have a bazillion channels now I've only got a few hundred!!!
*Also the internet*: Why are Sky adding shopping channels, no one wants them!
