Pul not working

I am using sky glass My problem is the PUK I have for 2nd television will not play TV channels Progremme loading error Will play apps ok Any help would be appreciated

Do you  whole home  subscription, and what speed is your broadband to your  router, i have two 55inch  sky  glass  tvs a puck sky live camera, lg smart  tv, Xbox,  pc, laptop, tablet,  three alexers, 3 mobile phones freesat box all connected  to the Internet, the two tvs  are connected with an ethernet cable, i do have sky gigafast broadband 900mps full fibre to the property aswell

I have no problems with any thing all work well, 1 55inch sky glass tv is gen 1 had it and the puck since November 2021, and the camera since  it first came out, the 55inch  gen  2 sky glass tv  i have had since the 25th of  march

Yes whole home

Sky glass 40 inch

Sky 500mb broadband

Was working find up to a few weeks ago

Is your  tv  under warranty  still if so ring  sky  and  talk  to  them  about  your  issues

@peter-marlow+1966 It's not the TV that's the problem here, it's the puck.
