Programmes won’t load

Is there any particular reason why live tv programmes won't load? Can listen to stuff but only watch the menu screen!! Wouldn't care if I wasn't paying £100 per month for this

@Lum75 that sounds like it could be related to WIFI/internet bandwidth. If you open Netflix on your Sky Glass and go to Get Help -> Check Your Network it will run a network test and give you the download speed the Glass is currently getting.
