Programmes keep disappearing from play list, re add but gone next day

Had all series of a programme from Sky Arts on play list, one day they all dropped off, re added but then went again, keepd saying to add but doesn't stay on, other programmes that should drop off are still on!

Have you tried unplugging the device for a few minutes to give it a reboot to see if that solves it?

Done that many times, it's 1 certain programme, we had them all on play list, every series, then all went! Re added, go to play and gone again! Just shows episodes due on that week,  re add to play list,  1 episode might stay on for a day, try putting back on following day and gone again! Then others what we've removed still stay on!

Which program? Some shows like news sports and soaps are a little odd on the playlist

It's Bob Ross, on Sky Arts,was no problem few months ago, then all of a sudden all gone , dont know if just that channel

they respond within 48 hours and can deal with specific shows missing episodes etc
