I added the live tennis on Sky Sports to my playlists last night to watch today as the times of the programmes are in the small hours. Today I accessed my playlist (on sky stream Puck) but it only had the initial programme from 1am to 6am. There should have been a second one from 6am to 9am but it's not there. I have tried unplugging my puck for 5 mins then reconnecting the power to it, waiting 3 minutes then brining it out of standby but the 6am to 9am programme is still not there. I subscribe to the sport specifically because Sky have the rights to must of the tennis again so I need this issue to be fixed as I don't want to find it's only added the 1am to 6am programme again.
Help on resolving this would be much appreciated.

I can't describe how angry I am right now. I made sure all the overnight tennis was 'ticked' to be on the playlist for the second day in a row and I just checked and guess what? It only has the programme from 8.30 or 9.30am. Nothing from 1am to 6am of from 6am. I'm gonna stop typing here I'm gonna end up completely losing it and getting banned 😡😡😡

Seems a general problem with the Sky ( and other Comcast) channels if you are trying to record consecutive programmes with the same name. Sky Sports News and CNBC are very poor. I always have problems recording the "Football Show" which is split into parts.

Few days in and what can I say it hasn't got any better. Vast majority of the live coverage fails to appear on the playlist. I am having to give up on it for now and stick to tennis tv. I just hope Sky fix it soon so I can watch WTA overnight matches on the playlist. 🤷🏼♂️

Even if Sky don't or can't fix the problem, it would be good if Sky acknowledge the problem and put it in the FAQs.
