Whilst watching programmes from the playlists on the main sky glass tv the programme starts, you can watch it normally for a bit, then the picture freezes, the screen goes black and it says "programme loading" and it repeats it over and over again and it goes back to the beginning of the programme when the picture resumes not where the programme was at ? This doesn't happen on the non glass tv we also have connected to the main glass tv via the puck.

this could potentially be the cause of your current issue if it's recent

Perhaps worth noting there is no connection between Glass devices other than at the server end. Pucks and Glass televisions do not talk to each other within the subscription address: each Glass device is an individual network client.

My sky glass has been awful since the software rollback. Program keeps looping every 30.swvonds, or goes to a black screen and.says program loading.

Exactly the same as ours mate, do you know if Sky are going to resolve this please, thanks for letting me know really appreciated
