Problems powering on sky glass gen 2

Whenever the TV is off for a good couple of hours, it won't power back on. I've tried voice activating it and using the remotes but only the power indercater would flash, its happend twice now but it's not consistent. Is this a software bug or something wrong with the hardware?

If they don't resolve it then you'll need to ring Sky for help.

When is the last time you pulled the plug for a few minutes ? 

might clear it if it's a software glitch
