Not happy I have tried everything even followed the troubleshooting guide which was no help at all.
I go to select prime video and all i get is the blue screen with the prime logo and it will not load any further from there. i have done a hard reset and i have refreshed the apps and all other suggestions but i still get stuck on the same blue prime video screen. there is no options to get in contact with anyone when you go through the troubleshoot guide or through the contact us link and after having three replacement sky glass tvs through various faults im beggining to think signing up with sky glass was one of the biggest mistakes i have ever made.

Yes I'm signed up to amazon prime and have been for a number of years. I have had this issue before but I have always just reset the tv or refreshed the apps and that normally does the trick but for some reason it's not responding to anything.

I have been having a similar problem sinvce early December, only I get a black screen. I can get Prime on the Puck in my bedroom but not on the main Sky Glass TV. I have spoken to Cutomer Services numerous time but they tell me it's a problem that Amazon need to fix

Hi I am having the same issue with sky glass! I have called them 3 times regarding a black screen when trying to load prime tv! I have been told to contact Amazon now which is impossible to do! I am very annoyed now pay all this money for sky glass and it doesn't work properly sky Q was much more efficient! I have been with sky for over 25 years! Seriously thinking of leaving now!
