So I have been having problems with sky glass since 16th December I can't activate it after a factory reset, 3 weeks later just spoken to someone and they said I had a different email address on my account so it changed back to my email, I have signed out of my sky app now when I put my email address in and password it goes to postcode which I do and it does nothing, was told to switch router off and reset sky glass again and leave it 30 mins so don't that as it might have been IP address issue due to changing email address, don't what they said and now it's still the same postcode put it in contine and it does nothing just stay on the page what is going on, I have spoken to sky so many times now and no way forward and I am still paying full amount for a service I have not been able to use
