Plusnet has Internet connection but sky glass thinks not

New Plusnet router. Getting over 400 mbps. Connected fine and all other devices are happy and have good internet connection. Sky Glass can see the new router but thinks that router has no internet connection. Have tried turning off and on. Any ideas please.

Yep several times. Got it working with Ethernet cable so that will work for now!!

@Abusywoman  Have you tried resetting the network within the Sky Glass settings menu?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If the reply from @GD1  doesnt fix it try turning your router off for around 20 minutes

Thanks for replying. Yes several times. Queens with Ethernet cable but with WiFi can see router but is convinced it has no internet! All the other devices can see it via WiFi and happily accessing internet.
