I have had a Sky Glass for nearly two years. I had a problem last year when the tv went to a black screen with the message "please wait for your programme to load". It sorted itself out after a few days after being told by Sky that a new update was being introduced and we just had to wait our turn. This week the problem resurfaced. Before contacting Sky again I thought I would post on here in case anyone has the same problem or has the answer 🤞
