What is your router sync speed to the internet?
What is your device's connection speed to the internet?
What devices are connected and using your internet bandwidth?

37.5 where did you get that number from.... did you measure the internet connection speed on the Sky Stream device a few times a few minutes apart.... you are unlikely to get a single constant value😉
