Please wait for program to load, or there seems to be a technical fault

For a few days now, many programs on many channels are having issues to "load the program" or it playes for 10mins then has a "technical" issue. This is terribly frustrating! 
can anyone help?

Have you already tried a reboot by turning it off at the plug for 10 minutes?
