Playlist problems with Sky Press Preview

Hi,

I've had my Sky Glass since 12 Feb. I've having problems when I add the Sky Press Preview to my playlist.

I have 3 problems. When I go to view the programme:

1. for some reason the programme is 'recorded' three times instead of once (bizarre)

2. Instead of showing all the programmes in a list newest to oldest, it shows them as oldest to newest.

3. when I try to remove all the old episodes that I no longer want to view (by hitting 'remove series' and 'add series') they all remain.

The combination of the above means that when I go to watch the latest episode, I now have approx 70 episodes sitting there that I then need to sieve through by going to right to find the most recent one.

So infuriating and it's only going to get worse with time.

Anyone have any ideas how to solve any/all of these problems pls?

Your best bet is to email this to viewer relations who can take a look for you, viewerR@sky.uk

On point 3 you can get rid of episodes you ve already watched - the way the playlist works is that it adds the entire library : all available episodes to your playlist . Once an episode is watched it will automatically display the next episode to watch in sequence
