Playing an exercise app on Sky Glass from my iPhone

Hi, I'm not great with tech and appreciate the help. I have an exercise app that I'd like to play on a larger screen (my Sky Glass TV). Please czn someone explain how I do this from my iPhone?
Or is there a device / stick I would have to buy to plug into my Sky Glass Tv?
Thank you

Glass does not have that capability by itself.  You'd need to source a device such as a Google Chromecast, Amazon Fire stick or Apple TV: check the support offered by the app owner to see what they suggest is compatible.

You can't as the Glas TV has no casting feature.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

All the devices I mentioned connect over HDMI cable. The Glass television does have a single USB-C port, but that's only intended for the Live Camera and cannot be reliably used to power an external non-Sky device.
