Playback from sky showcase defaulting to cinema

I've recorded some films on sky showcase channel.which I can watch in my package but when going to play it's showing it in cinema which i don't have.  How can I watch as recorded without playing please?

Hi @Salem99

Sky glass / stream doesn't record. Some items will cloud record and some times will point you back to the relevant broadcasters app.

This means that watching something live on a channel is possible but when watching on demand another broadcaster may have the rights.

In this case Sky seem to broadcast on showcase but the on demand rights are assigned to sky cinema. Sometimes if there is more than one source available you will see a "watch on x" button under the content.

An example of this with a series is death in paradise, shows as being on u&alibi but there is also a "Play on BBC iPlayer" button and watch together button for that content.
