Picture keeps freezing or staggered
Picture keeps freezing but sound carry's on, or pictures all staggering and blocky .. on every channel

Hi @Jb1314
Does your broadband meet the minimum requirements for Glass/Stream? 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for HD. Also how is your glass conntected? Glass needs stability as much as it does speed. Marginal WiFi can cause issues. You may get more joy using an ethernet connection or homeplugs.
You can also check the speed your glass is getting by opening netflix and going to settings > connection check. If it has been working without issue and then started, switching it off at the mains for a few minutes may also help.
