Picture freeze on sports channels

My Sky Glass picture freezes on at least four occasions during EVERY football match I watch on Channel 401. It lasts anything from 30 seconds up to several minutes, at which time I switch off and then start again. 
I have checked my internet and all is working correctly with four green lights on my router.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is it possible you can try plugging an Ethernet cable between your glass tv and your router whilst turning off the WiFi on your glass settings 

Glass is particularly prone to stutter / freeze if the WiFi signal gets interfered
