anyone know how to get the "+" to add profiles to the playlists? currently no way to add seperate playlists and have 2 pucks

The feature isn't yet available. Sky are saying it should be by the end of the month.

Entertainment OS 1.1 will bring you Personal Playlists, a new ’Play’ voice command to help you play what you want to watch even quicker, more ways to find content from your favourite actors and directors, as well as enhanced Bluetooth features. The updates will be available to all customers this month.

How do I access this function?

Got Sky Glass on Thursday and can't find it!

On the Home menu go to the second rail and select playlist

You can then press right to highlight the + button on the screen, press select and you can create a new personalised playlist.

Thanks, I think the issue may be the software version, just checked and I have QS009...

I believe current should be QS023...?

Try this 

To run a software update:

1. Switch the Sky Glass or Sky Stream puck to standby.
2. Switch it off at the mains and unplug it.
3. Plug it back in and switch it back on at the mains.
4. Leave the Sky Glass or Sky Stream puck powered on for 30 minutes.
5. After 30 minutes, switch the Sky Glass or Sky Stream puck to standby again.
