Patch on screen - grey patch is constantly in middle of screen

A grey patch is on screen all the time - more noticeable depending on which colour is on the programme being watched.

It has been visiable for several weeks - does not seem to be getting any larger or more noticeable

Hi @Gunit59 

 

Power off from the mains for at least 10 minutes. This will clear any software faults which may cause issues. However if it's visible you will need to call Sky and claim on your 2 year warranty. We are fellow customers here on the community.
