Paramount plus log in

I cant log in to my paramount plus account on sky stream to use free with sky movies . .help please

No error when i log in it says get started then only gives me option to pay 6.99

Did you get this fixed? I'm at a loss. Elsewhere people have cited it being stuck in preactive mode on sky's systems, and you have to call.

@Chrismurr80  Did you recently move from Sky Q to Glass/Stream as if so you have to re-register all your marketplace subscriptions.

 

If so, you should be able to re-register as follows:

 

Go to the bottom of the home page and select the following in this order: MySky / your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions 

 

Select App subscriptions / Current / and then Paramount + Monthly.  Hopefully it will say £0 per month as you have Sky Cinema.  If so select Activate subscription.

I keep seeing these replies and they are largely unhelpful. 

It's something to do with a bug in the sky software. Many people have had the same problem, asked the same question, and then get a similar unrelated stock-response.

 

Paramount works. Contract changes (off and back on) around cinema on glass and then paramount doesn't work anymore. Although sky still say the accounts are linked. Hence they are stuck in pre activated on the sky system that can only be changed by spending an hour on the phone to get a ticket raised with technical department. 

if it's stuck on pre activated then no amount of re registering, clicking links, QR codes etc will make a blind bit of difference.

@Chrismurr80 Sorry if my attempt to be helpful proved to be the opposite.  When I first had Paramount 18 months ago and I had problems I ended up calling Sky and they referred my issue to a back room team who sorted it out for me.  I can't remember what the exact explanation was but it was something to do with an account conflict between an old Sky Cinema subscription that I had cancelled a year or so previously and the new subscription that included the Paramount +.

 

After they had sorted out the account conflict I then had to run through the  setup procedure I highlighted in my post.

 

I would suggest you either call Sky to discuss the issue or if you prefer I can escalate your post to the Community Messaging team who will send you an invitation for an online chat.
