Re: Paramount plus basic to standard

Upgraded Paramount+ last night via the top-up in anticipation of Stange New Worlds season 3. Watched the SNW pilot episode to try it all out; looked absolutely glorious in 4K with HDR with no adverts as well.

Re: Paramount plus basic to standard

Worked for me on my sky stream, took me 5 minutes via the sky shop app , I did need to restart my sky stream via the setting menu as the paramount app got stuck, but worked after a reboot.

Re: Paramount plus basic to standard

I got sick of the ads too so went onto my sky in the box, went to paramount plus and was able to go ad free for either £3 a mth (hd) or £6 a mth for 4k and Dolby so I did that. I'd rather not pay anything and it would be nice if sky sorted it out but I can give it a go and always cancel. £3 isn't a great deal to get rid of the ads, (saving £4.99 it says).

Hope this helps.

There's nothing for sky to sort, this is what sky and paramount have agreed and nothing will change until they agree something else

Re: Paramount plus basic to standard

Hi, how does the billing work, is it not just the extra fee added to normal bill, or a second one also does it alter the billing date.

Thanks in advance.

@ph2  It's added to your normal bill and taken on the same day as normal

Re: Paramount plus basic to standard

It still feels misleading offering Paramount+ as part of the Sky Cinema package. It does say including ads you can't skip.
