Have recently signed up to sky stream but having issues activating the free paramount and discovery subsriptions, i just get an error message stating something went wrong and to try again later then a ref code referring to mysky... i get this on both apps and also when trying to access it through my sky/ sky shop. I have tried hard resets, app refreshes and haveused the VA but nothing other than discussion boards advised.
I noticed a few other people have had the same issues, was wondering if there was a solution offered?

Hi @Stewards. Did you move from Sky Q or any other Sky product to Stream as if so all your Marketplace subscriptions are cancelled so you have to re-register (see the THIS link)
You can register or re-registered (as appropriate) by doing the following: Use the voice command "My Sky" and then select the following: your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions / Current / and then Discovery + Monthly. Hopefully it will say £0 per month whilst you have a Sky TV subscription. If so select Activate subscription.

NB - It is exactly the same procedure if you want to sign up to Paramount +

I am a new sky customer using sky glass and have the same problem.
apps that do not work are;
Sky Store
Paramount +
Discovery +
I have gone through these discussion boards and spoke with sky and it seems it's a known fault and has been for quite some time, according to sky there is no resolution YET! I didn't feel confident from the agent's reaction that there will be anytime soon.
now considering the Gen2 and Air have only been released recently, you have to ask why? Why release a product if you have known problems with the software without any resolution.
I am very disappointed because there are a few programs I wish to watch on paramount
