Our Sky Glass tv is not working. The internet connection is fine.

The internet is connected.  However the SkyGlass TV is showing this error - Unsuccessful connection you may need to connect a Sky booster.  It was working yesterday.  There is no obvious reason why it is not working now.  I have tested it online and this is the result - 

 

We’ve checked the connection to your hub and your devices connect with WiFi or Ethernet and everything looks good. But if you're having an issue, get more help with your WiFi.

@John9875 Have you tried a reboot of your glass tv by unplugging it from the wall for a few minutes?
