Ordering Sky glass - Cannot Due to Technical Issues

I am trying to order a Sky Glass TV unfortunately I keep getting this message below.   Any help you can offer in helping me place my order will be appreciated.

Are you already a Sky TV customer?

 

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Have you tried a different browser as well?

 

Are you running a VPN on your device, if so it may be worth turning it off.

As @MarkGoldsmith  stated if you are already a contracted sky customer you will need to call sky to arrange the transferral of an existing contract from one platform to another .....

I've been trying every day for over a week now and still get this.  Haven't been with Sky for years, although account has remained active.  Logged in and attempted a whole new package; same error.  Logged out, went on a different browser as new customer, same problem.  What on earth!!!!!

I assume it must have been some sort of 'cookies' issue.  Downloaded a different browser, went through like a dream, all being installed a week on Friday, and they even cancelled my VirginMedia for me without the need to go through the whole obligatory one hour each 18 month 'please stay' phone call.
