I've ordered sky glass and had confirmation, but then received an email saying a courier will be coming to do a sky q box swap. I thought sky glass was all through streaming and I didn't need a box, confused. Can anyone help please?

You don't need a box, but you can't have Sky Q and Glass at the same address. Sky will be coming to collect you existing Q boxes as these were only loaned to you.
They usually do this 31 days after getting your glass. Be worth double checking your order in my Sky.
