Order cancelled due to not signing in time.

Hello 

 

I ordered a sky glass tv and added it to my package and paid the deposit yesterday, I knew I had to sign the e signature but was planning to do it tonight as I'd run out of time yesterday.  I went on tonight and it said it'd been cancelled and that when I signed it was an hour too late.  I didn't realise it had a time limit on it and I really don't want to lose everything I ordered yesterday.  Will I still be able to go ahead with the order if I ring them first thing tomorrow, I tried now but I'm out of hours.

We are fellow subscribers on the forum. You will need to speak to Sky customer services as indicated in your post. It is likely they will have to process a new order and this will contain a new delivery date.
