Hi @Martin511
Not a lot of information to go off. Is this a Glass TV or are you using a Puck? Or is this another device plugged into Glass? If it is a your puck have you powered off at the mains for a few minutes both the puck and TV? And checked they your HDMI cable is secure both ends? Was this working previously or is this a new install? What's the make and model of the tv if not a glass...
Please provide as much information as possible and the community will do it's best to assist.
