Your post is unclear. Do you have an Apple TV box which is working fine? Is it connected to a Sky Glass TV?

Re: On screen states not connected. But Apple TV works okay
@Perry5 If you have lost connection to your network then a reboot of your Glass will probably pick it up again (unplug for a couple of minutes and plug it back in again).
If you have your network but it is not connecting to the internet then put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and the plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also finished rebooting it will usually have connected to the internet.
The fact your ATV is working just means the router is working and has little significance to the Glass TV making a satisfactory connection (I also have an ATV)
I used to have an issue of the Glass TV not connecting to the network first thing in the morning and so I went into the settings > start up & standby menu and turned ON the networked standby mode which resolved the issue.
