Offer code for purchased film in lower case but can only add in upper case so will not accept

Usually these things aren't case sensitive. Have you tried it with caps?

Hi Andrew, can't see an optin on the handset to change the case?

I meant that you probably don't need to and you can just type it uppercase. Could you confirm if you tried that please?
