"Not working at all" doesn't tell the forum anything useful.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi, sky glass tv is stop working now they wasting my money for we'll need toreplacement new one must

Again as per the responses above, if you want assistance from the community you will need to explain what "not working" actually means?

 

Does the Tv not turn on? Will live channels not work but the on-demand content does?

 

As an FYI Sky wouldn't replace a set with a new one, you would get a refurbished set if yours is faulty and still under warranty.
