Not impressed keeps freezing, will not turn on have to unplug for it to come on

Hi have had sky glass for a while now, at first glance looks great, but keeps freezing, difficult to turn on have to unplug and replug thrn comes on, will turn on by its self even when setting says not to not very impressed.
