All lights green on router but,not connected to glass tv,tells me there's a problem with my broadband???

@Bev59 Have you powered down the TV by unp[lugging it for a minute? If that doesn;t work you'll need to go into thr setting menu, network, advanced settings and try a resetting the network connection.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
