Not been sent a credit agreement but have received email to say sky glass order cancelled.
No sign of a credit agreement and now sky cancelling the glass tv order.

Hi @Steveozzy Orders are automatically cancelled if the online Credit agreement is not signed. See the following link for more information. Credit Agreement
Unfortunately, you will need to call Sky to re-arrange the delivery and signing of the credit agreement.
