Non of my Sky channels are working
No of my sky TV channels are working! The internet is attached but sky is working

Hi @Neil987
Have you tried a reboot in the first instance?
You will need to provide more information in order for the community to assist. How is your Glass connected? WiFi or ethernet? What error message are you seeing? What steps have you tried to resolve so far? Who is your ISP? Is it live channels or apps or both? Has it worked previously?
Remember we are fellow customers and know nothing about your set up unless you tell us.
