I have passed this thread onto Sky through our closed forum here on the community, to see if they are seeing any kind of issue.

Is your broadband working on other devices that use the internet?
I have been reading that some of the Vodafone network has outages at the moment.

Who's your broadband provider? There are issues with Vodafone in some areas.
Others have said they are having the same problem though as none Vodafone customers. They have tried unplugging the TV, resetting the router etc but it doesn't seem to have sorted it.

I'm with a local provider but all my netflix and Disney stuff works it's just the live tv, been without for 2 days

I've removed the detail in your post about carrying out a such resets, as this will cause further problems.

Hi, thank you for supporting with the issue, when we switched the tv on last night it asked us to complete an update, after the update had completed the Glass Tv was all back to normal. Thank you
