No sound from my sky glass on Netflix and some of the sky channels I’ve tried everything

Hi there I need to book an engineer to come out and look at my sky glass tv there is muffled sound on all Netflix programmes and some of my sky channels

There are no engineer visits for Sky Glass. You must troubleshoot yourself. 

If a reboot of the TV (turn off at the wall for a few minutes then power back on) doesn't help and you have tried changin the audio settings then you'll need to ring Sky for further assisted troubleshooting.
