Hi pls help I have a sky glass tv but don't have sky at all, it's stuck on the reset bit so can't even use normal Ariel

Try turning it off at the plug for 10 minutes

I have turned it off for days got Vodafone broadband but won't finish loading

Have you tried connecting it via Ethernet cable to the router?

Are you doing a factory reset ? If so you need to contact sky for help,
