Trying to play my Xbox in my sky glass tv it used to work now it doesn't seem to work anymore just says "no signal detected on hdmi 1, check your device is plugged in and switched o. Still having trouble? Connect to hdmi 3 input and switch on older device compatibility in settings > connected devices > hdmi inputs" I have done this still doesn't work I have turn the tv off unplugged it everything still says the same? Can I get some help?

Try a new HDMI cable

Thanks for that however I have already tried several different hdmi cables and they don't seem to work either

I would give sky a call and explain the issue. Have you tried restarting your Xbox ?

yeah I have unplugged my Xbox changed the wires on it and everything still nothing

@Russell5 @Have you tried the Xbox on another tv ? It could be the Xbox is faulty

Yes the Xbox was working on a different tv 1 hour before I noticed the error on this tv

It's possible your hdmi port has died given nothing else works.

My hdmi connection has stopped working too. Worked fine last time I was at this property but now it says "go to settings and select "older equipment ". What a load of rubbish this Glass is !!!!
