Hi, I've had Sky Glass for a little over 2 months now and my remote for my first puck has just stopped working? What I mean by 'stopped working' is the following: most buttons do absolutely nothing on the home page but here's the weird bit. LEFT, 3 and POWER work...but they ALL turn the puck off. That's it! I've tried resetting the remote via various methods, holding down 1+3, 4+6, 7+9 etc. I've replaced the batteries, reset the puck itself and nothing has changed. I grabbed my remote from the Sky Glass itself and this worked perfectly fine once I got this connected. Is there any way to get a replacement remote? I did look on Sky but they say I have to buy a new one on Amazon!! I find it disgusting that I've not even had the thing for 3 months 😞

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @LoganTV welcome to the forum. You appear to have already tried the obvious things. You could also try holding the remote at both ends and giving it a gentle twist as though you were wringing out a cloth. Even though it sounds an unlikely solution it has got many faulty remotes working again (including mine on two occasions).
If none of the above help then I would request a replacement at the following link: Streaming TV replacement remote
If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement.

As you have found out the Sky Q remotes are much better and I use one as a secondary remote
